Recently Spinal Stretch had a booth at the American Physical Therapy Association meeting in San Diego. Thousands of attendees got to try Spinal Stretch for the first time and the response was amazing. The PTs loved how Spinal Stretch made them feel and felt it would be a great product to offer to their patients. Many left purchasing one for themselves.
Thanks for such a warm reception.

How May I Stretch You.
Thanks Stacey and Stefanie for such a great job showing people how to use Spinal Stretch.

I have been doing a lot of thinking about the difference between inversion tables and the Spinal Stretch. My wife has low back pain and prior to our joining the Spinal Stretch community she wanted an inversion table. I hesitated for a long while for four reasons:
- They were expensive
- They took up a lot of space
- They were ugly
- Hanging upside down looked uncomfortable
I love the Spinal Stretch and the relief it provides for people with low back pain. But, I decided it was time I tried an inversion table for myself. I picked one up from the local sporting good store. It was in a huge box and right away I knew I had to put something together. No problem. I am someone who is skilled at putting together Ikea furniture. I can easily do this. Well, I was wrong.
It took me over an hour to put the unit together. The tools provided in the box were a joke and the instructions were not very clear. But I finally got it together and it worked the way it was supposed to.
I got on the table for my first time and back I went. OMG, the blood rushed to my head. Not a good feeling.
OK, I thought, take it slower. Back again I went and my head began to pound. This was not a good feeling. Then, after about 15 seconds, my shins began to hurt. The pressure being placed on them by the pads holding me in the unit was intense and painful.
I tried the device a total of 5 times over a couple of days and had the same experience. After the 2nd day, my back actually began to hurt and I got a headache that lasted hours.
I know my experience may not be typical and a lot of people find inversion tables to be great and provide relief. But I do not understand why anyone would want to use one when they could use the Spinal Stretch.
- The Spinal Stretch provides the same therapeutic technique – Spinal Decompression.
- It costs much less then medium quality inversion tables.
- Takes up no space in your house – it is only four pounds and comes in a special carrying case.
- And is so easy to use – I just lied back, closed my eyes and the Spinal Stretch did all the work for me.
The choice is of course an individual one. For me, I prefer the affordable, easy to use and effective Spinal Stretch.

Low back pain can be crippling. This is something I know first hand.
A few years ago I suffered from Sciatica. I was bending over to pick up a box one day and it hit me. I was in pain on and off for years. I was only 30 and the pain affected may marriage, my work and every aspect of my life. There were days I could not even get out of bed. It was so frustrating.
I so wish Spinal Stretch was around when this happened to me. It truly would have changed my life and allowed me the freedom to do the things I wanted to do, to live the life I wanted to live.
This is one of the reasons I am so passionate about this product. I know the difference it can make in people’s lives. The stories I have heard are amazing. I truly feel like I am involved in something that helps people every day.
So, whether you suffer from sciatica, stenosis, degenerative disc, scoliosis, herniated disc, facet joint or muscle spasms – think what it would be like to live free from the pain.
If you are thinking about trying Spinal Stretch for yourself, go for it. You have nothing to lose. Spinal Stretch comes with an unconditional 45-day return policy. If you do not feel a difference in how your low back feels, simply return the product for a refund.
Freedom from low back pain is a true gift. A gift that I am thankful for everday.

Thousands of chiropractors flocked to Las Vegas for the ‘Parker Seminar,’ where they discovered Spinal Stretch. Many of the doctors were skeptical that a small device could deliver powerful, therapeutic spinal decompression. But after lying down and giving Spinal Stretch a try, their skepticism quickly turned to enthusiasm.
